Job Description:

  • Performs a combination of clerical tasks to support office, business, or administrative operations, such as maintaining records, receiving, preparing or verifying documents, searching for and compiling information and data; responding to routine request with standard answers by phone, in person, or by correspondence.
  • Follows a few clearly detailed procedures in performing simple repetitive tasks in the same sequence, such as filing pre-coded documents in a chronological file or operating office equipment, e.g., mimeograph, photocopy, addressograph or mailing machine.
  • personnel shall demonstrate an autonomous self-starting work ethic, be able to work independently, follow tasks through to the end, demonstrate flexibility when dealing with changing priorities and deadlines, possess strong communication skills, and demonstrate the ability to address multiple high-priority requirements simultaneously


  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Office experience, maintaining records
  • Ability to receive a favorable adjudication on a T-5 case
