Systems Analyst - 3637


The incumbent Document Management Systems Analyst is required to gain an in-depth knowledge of the Hyland Systems OnBase software and related servers, database, image storage and interfaces that are integrated with the Epic EHR (ConnectCare) system. The SA will be knowledgeable about organizational policies, procedures and operations, including the area of business they are representing and available Hyland/OnBase functionality. Under the supervision of the Manager for the Document Management team, the SA will communicate with the software vendor Technical Support, review and analyze business operations, while working with other ConnectCare teams and end users to tailor the system to the organizational needs. The SA will also participate in hardware evaluations, testing assessments, solutions estimates, end-user training, issues resolution, analysis of interfaces and integration points, implementation and ongoing support activities. The SA will actively participate in all enterprise and local systems Build, Design, Validate (BDV) sessions or demonstrations. The SA will perform in-depth analyses of workflows, data collection, report details, and other technical issues associated with the use of vendor software. The SA will be responsible for developing and documenting the internal procedures that will be used in conjunction with vendor applications and will assess implementation strategies and the impact those strategies will have on workflows and operations.

REQUIREMENTS
1. High School diploma or equivalent; College preferred; or Equivalent Relevant Experience
2. Minimum of 2 year of experience within a technology environment preferably within a healthcare setting
3. Demonstrated knowledge of concepts regarding workflow process analysis and design
4. Demonstrated skills using MS Office Suite; Internet/Intranet navigation and EHR application use
5. Previous experience in the IS/IT support and maintenance preferred
6. Hyland/OnBase Document Management ECM administrator experience preferred; obtaining administrator certification is required for this role
7. EPIC or other EMR/EHR experience preferred.
8. Able to publicly speak and present to demonstrate, support or train on topics regarding the Document Management/ECM system or EHR
