Project Coordinator - 3537


Job Summary:

Responsible for all aspects of the management and delivery of assigned projects and provides a single point of contact for those projects. Facilitates and drives project delivery by holding customer and delivery teams accountable for commitment and support. Ensures that policy and procedures are followed and documented. Aligns project delivery with larger programs and initiatives.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.
  • Adjusts project scope and timing as needed, based on the needs of the business. May also coordinate with multiple project managers to assemble overall program plan.
  • Accountable for the execution of established project management processes and methodologies to ensure delivery of project scope on time and within budget while meeting or exceeding quality standards and customer expectations.
  • Accountable for plans and directing work efforts, reviewing integrated project plans, escalating and communicating resource needs, and driving the resolution of issues as appropriate.
  • Communicates with leadership and other stakeholders on project strategy, direction and changes.
  • Responsible for tracking key project milestones and recommending adjustments to business sponsors, stakeholders and project team.
  • Function as the "voice of the customer" internally andensure client advocacy remains paramount
  • Manage the day-to-day tactical aspects of service delivery
  • Coordinate teams to resolve issues w/ schedule,dependencies, etc.
  • Perform status updates weekly or as required and provide inputs to weekly reports to customers as required
  • Able to work in a very administrative, fast pace environment

Related Work Experience: Number of Years

  • Project Coordinating experience 1+
  • IT or Engineering work experience 2+

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or related field, or equivalent experience
