MSI is seeking a Customer Service oriented individual to join our clients Facilities Services Help Desk team in Rockville, MD! The candidate should have strong communication, organizational and analytical skills; excellent phone manner; able to manage multiple tasks; be detail oriented and a self-starter.  He/She must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Answering/responding to phone and email requests
  • Initiating work order requests via computer
  • Coordinating campus wide needs with department leads
  • Code and distribute incoming invoices; cost tracking via spreadsheet
  • Receive/review/process in house catering orders; liaison with caterer

This is a current open position that we are looking to fill. The chosen candidate could start immediately; and upon successful training/performance could transition to a salaried position. The core hours for this position will be 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
