Call Center Technician - 2213

MSI is actively seeking Call Center Technicians to support our client in Chantilly, VA. Potential candidates should have excellent customer service skills as well as an active top secret clearance.


Job Description:

  • Provides technical support to customers through telephone and e-mail communications and walk-ins.
  • Coordination of incident/problem solving efforts between customers and remote site personnel, software support, and investigation and analysis of product problems.
  • Solves desktop incidents/problems related to information systems hardware, operating systems and configuration.
  • Troubleshoots and conducts research to facilitate customer/user productivity.
  • Coordinates referrals to appropriate technical, professional or service personnel for appropriate services, repairs, training and follow-up. 

Requirements:

  • Active Top Secret Clearance.
  • 1-3 years of directly related experience supporting desktops & computer peripherals.
