Helpdesk Technician - 1279

Metro Systems is seeking a Helpdesk Technician to provide support to via phone, email, and live chat. Main responsibility will be to diagnose, identify, and resolve problems of varying complexity with hardware, software, LANs, servers, and corporate data systems.

 

 

 

 


Required Experience:

 

Experience troubleshooting:

  • Windows 7 OS/ 10 OS
  • Office 365
  • Outlook 2016 (preferably with Exchange)
  • Office 2016
  • IE 9 and 10
  • Windows domain environment
  • Skills using a ticketing system
  • Proficiency with mobile devices (IOS and Android)

Soft Skills:

  • Good work ethic
  • Good typing efficiency
  • Dependability
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Desire to learn
  • Team player

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience troubleshooting: VPN, Lync, Symantec Endpoint Protection, SharePoint, networking, printing, BlackBerry, Good Mobile Messaging
  • Experience with: PKI, DOD PKI and CAC
  • Using an ACD System
  • MAC experience
  • HDI Certification
  • ITIL Certification
